One thing that I am largely known for is stressing myself out, with a new semester starting and an increasing workload I’ve come to find the stress building. One of my coping methods for dealing with this stress is to take an evening to pamper myself. If time allows, a perfect pamper evening includes and indulgent bath, some magazines, and Netflix.

Step 1:

Masks: I find Masks to be one of the most important parts of really taking care of my body. I use a mask on my hair, and one on my face. To use my hair mask I wet my hair and then apply the L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm. Then I apply the Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask to my face.

Step 2:

The Bath: I never thought I was a bath person until I started to use bath bombs from LUSH and realized what I was missing out on. I add soap to the water while it is filling for bubbles and then I pop in a bath bomb after I step in. Once in the bath I use the Bath & Body Works SLEEP Body Wash to lather up. For this bath, I used the Cosmic bath bomb from Lush and the sweet aroma and soft bubbles left my skin soft and moisturized.

Step 3:

Moisturize: The moisturizer I use for my face is the First Aid Ultra Repair Cream Intense Therapy moisturizer. Then I use the Jergens Shea Butter moisturizer on my whole body.

Step 4:

I crawl into bed and settle down with a movie and a magazine utterly relaxed and ready to take on the next week!
